كلمة الرئيس التنفيذي

الحمد لله الذي بنعمته تتم الصالحات، والصلاة والسلام على خير المرسلين.

مع إشراقة عام دراسي جديد، نتقدم في مدارس المجد الأهلية بخالص الترحيب إلى منسوبي التعليم وأبنائنا الطلاب والطالبات، مستشعرين نعمة الاستمرارية في أداء رسالتنا التي انطلقت منذ عام 1408هـ، وها نحن اليوم نواصل المسيرة وقد تجاوز عدد طلابنا (5000) طالب وطالبة في مختلف المراحل الدراسية.

لقد شكّلت مدارس المجد عبر العقود نموذجًا رائدًا في تقديم تعليم نوعي يوازن بين التأسيس العلمي، والرعاية التربوية، والتمكين القيمي. واليوم، ونحن نطلق خطة العام التشغيلي 1448هـ، نواصل الاستثمار في بيئة تعليمية حديثة، تسخّر التقنية وتفعّل الأساليب التربوية المبتكرة، لتضع الطالب محورًا رئيسًا في العملية التعليمية.

تركّز خطتنا لهذا العام على تطوير المهارات الفكرية والعلمية لدى الطلاب، من خلال تطبيق استراتيجيات تعليمية تفاعلية، ودعم متواصل للمعلمين عبر برامج تدريبية متخصصة. كما نحرص على تنظيم فعاليات ومبادرات تعليمية تمتد طيلة العام، تعزز من جودة المخرجات وترتقي بالعملية التربوية.

وانطلاقًا من حرصنا على التميز، تم تعزيز فرق العمل بالكفاءات الوطنية المؤهلة، والقيادات التربوية الفاعلة، لضمان تنفيذ محكم وفعّال لخطة هذا العام بما يسهم في تحقيق رؤيتنا نحو بناء جيل طموح ومؤهل لخدمة دينه ووطنه.

نسأل الله أن يكون هذا العام عامًا حافلًا بالإنجاز والعطاء، وأن يوفقنا جميعًا في أداء هذه الرسالة العظيمة، وأن يلهمنا التوفيق والسداد في هذه المهمة النبيلة.

As a new academic year begins, Almajd Private Schools warmly welcomes our education staff and our students. We are grateful to continue the mission that began in 1408 AH. Today, we carry this journey forward with more than 5,000 students across the different educational stages.

Over the decades, Almajd Schools have developed an approach to quality education that balances a strong academic foundation, educational care and values. As we launch our operational plan for 1448 AH, we continue investing in a modern learning environment that uses technology and innovative teaching methods to place the student at the heart of learning.

This year’s plan focuses on developing students’ intellectual and scientific skills through interactive teaching strategies and sustained support for teachers through specialist training. We also organise educational events and initiatives throughout the year to improve outcomes and the learning experience.

To support excellence, our teams have been strengthened with qualified Saudi professionals and educational leaders, helping us implement this year’s plan effectively and contribute to our vision of preparing an ambitious generation to serve their faith and country.

We ask Allah to make this a year of achievement and giving, to guide us in carrying out this important educational mission, and to grant us success.
