1. القبول والتسجيل
يخضع قبول الطلاب لسياسات التسجيل المعتمدة من وزارة التعليم.
يجب تقديم جميع المستندات الرسمية المطلوبة خلال عملية التسجيل.
تحتفظ المدرسة بحق رفض أو تعليق تسجيل أي طالب لا يستوفي المتطلبات.
2. الالتزام بالسلوك والانضباط
يجب على الطلاب الالتزام بأنظمة المدرسة ولوائحها السلوكية.
يُمنع أي سلوك غير لائق يؤثر على بيئة التعلم أو يخالف القيم التربوية.
يحق للمدرسة اتخاذ الإجراءات التأديبية المناسبة في حالة المخالفات.
3. الرسوم الدراسية والسداد
يجب دفع الرسوم الدراسية وفق الجدول الزمني المحدد من قِبل الإدارة المالية.
لا يُسترد أي مبلغ مدفوع إلا وفقًا لسياسة الاسترداد المعتمدة.
في حال التأخير عن السداد، يحق للمدرسة اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة.
4. الأنشطة والمناهج التعليمية
تلتزم المدرسة بتقديم مناهج تعليمية معتمدة وفق معايير وزارة التعليم.
يمكن تعديل الخطط الدراسية والأنشطة بناءً على متطلبات التطوير التعليمي.
المشاركة في الأنشطة اللاصفية اختيارية وفق رغبة أولياء الأمور والطلاب.
5. النقل المدرسي
يُتاح النقل المدرسي وفقًا لخطوط سير محددة.
تلتزم المدرسة بتوفير بيئة آمنة خلال التنقل، مع ضرورة التزام الطلاب بالتعليمات.
لا تتحمل المدرسة المسؤولية عن أي تأخير خارج عن إرادتها.
6. سياسة الخصوصية وحماية البيانات
تلتزم المدرسة بحماية بيانات الطلاب وأولياء الأمور وعدم مشاركتها مع أي جهة خارجية دون إذن مسبق.
يُسمح باستخدام صور الأنشطة الطلابية على منصات المدرسة لأغراض التوثيق والترويج، ما لم يتم طلب عدم النشر رسميًا.
7. الحالات الطبية والطوارئ
يجب إبلاغ المدرسة بأي حالة طبية تتطلب رعاية خاصة.
في حالات الطوارئ، يحق للمدرسة اتخاذ الإجراءات الطبية اللازمة وإبلاغ ولي الأمر في أقرب وقت.
8. التواصل والشكاوى
يمكن لأولياء الأمور التواصل مع إدارة المدرسة عبر القنوات الرسمية للاستفسارات أو تقديم الشكاوى.
تلتزم المدرسة بالنظر في الشكاوى ومعالجتها وفق السياسات الداخلية.
باستكمال عملية التسجيل أو استمرار الطالب في الدراسة، فإن ولي الأمر يوافق على جميع الشروط والأحكام المذكورة أعلاه.
